All Ingredients: Distilled water, saponified oils of soybean, coconut*, canola*, olive, rice bran, castor, safflower, macadamia nut, kukui nut, avocado, sweet almond; vegetable glycerin, oat extract, vitamin E, sodium borate, citric acid; pure essential oils of cornmint, eucalyptus* and sage.

Instructions: May be used either in the shower as a body wash or at the sink as a hand wash. Use as often as necessary to gently yet effectively cleanse skin. Use as a natural alternative to drying, detergent-based body and hand washes. If soap lather gets into eyes, flush with water.
