If you need to return an item, simply ship it back to us unopened and unused with your receipt within 30 days of purchase.
We recommend USPS flat rate envelopes or boxes for the best rates to Hawaii.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

We gladly accept exchanges as well. Please note:

  • Returned items must be in new unused condition only.

  • Returns are accepted by mail or in-store with your receipt within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The best shipping rates are with USPS flat rate envelopes or boxes.

  • There are no restocking fees.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return as long as they meet the return policy criteria.

  • For exchanges, any price differences and additional shipping will be charged to your account.

  • You can always gift your product to a friend who might enjoy it.
