Summertime Rosemary Lemonade
This is an exciting twist on a refreshing summertime classic and yes, it was inspired by our rich and refreshing natural rosemary soap bar.
You'll Need:
6 Lemons
4 Rosemary sprigs
1 Cup of sugar
6 Cups of water
In a small cooking pot, combine 1 1/2 cups of water with 1 cup of sugar. Cook over medium heat and stir the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Once the sugar is dissolved, turn off the heat and add 1 sprig of your rosemary. Let the mixture sit until cool then discard the used rosemary spring.
Juice 6 lemons. You should yield about 1 cup of lemon juice.
Put 4 1/2 cups of water into a pitcher and mix-in the cooled sweet reduction. Pour over ice and serve in a glass. For a special extra touch, lightly squeeze a single rosemary lief around the rim of your glass for a refreshing rosemary kick!
